Boiler turned out to be amazing.

When I moved into my first house I was extremely disappointed by the old boiler system in the basement.

The boiler was huge, an eyesore, and quite old.

I had grand plans to remove it and get a more modern option like a gas fireplace. I wanted something pretty with a glass front, a fake burning fire, and all sorts of neat add ons. However, there were so many things I wanted to do in my new house. Instead I decided that it would be better spent on more practical items. I had the flooring replaced. The old, out of date carpet was changed to brand new tile. I got the ceilings scraped, sanded, and painted. I also paid for new lighting, better wiring, and updated some plumbing disasters. Some painting in the rooms, a whole house cleaning, and I was ready to move in. I decided that I was out of money, time, and steam to tackle the boiler system project. I figured one year with the heater would be good enough. After that, I could call my local heating business and find some better options. The boiler turned out to be a tank of a heating system. It heated my entire house without even breaking a sweat. It was extremely efficient, durable, and effective. I never needed to call for service or a repair. It just did the job right. I recently found that you can do a lot with a boiler too. It can be hooked up to your water tank, to piping to be heated flooring, a snowmelt system, and even be a pool heater. After one year with my boiler system I decided that I was never going to change this machine.
